This easy 2 step recipe will be your go-to this Winter.
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 Cup thickened cream
- 150g, Dark Chocolate Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Large pinch of ground nutmeg
Step 1: Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just heated through (don't boil). Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate. Whisk until melted and combined.
Step 2: Add sugar. Whisk until dissolved. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Whisk in nutmeg. Serve.
