Finding the balance between building a career and maintaining your personal life is no easy task. Here are 5 tips from our CEO, Talita Estelle on how to achieve work-life balance and lead a more productive lifestyle.
how to achieve work-life balance
1.Exercise
It's important to set aside time in your busy work week to hit the gym or go to yoga. Getting into the habit of a workout routine is the best way to do this. Exercise is not only a stress reducer, but it'll help you to feel good and look good while doing it. Research shows that exercise boost your energy level and helps facilitate concentration.

2. Unplug
Modern day technology has made work life easier in many ways, but it's important to set boundaries. Ask your friends and families to avoid interrupting you at work unless there's an emergency and make a mental note to yourself to not check work emails after a certain time. Sometimes we forget to shut our phones off, close our laptops and enjoy the moment.

3. Leave Work at Work
Focus on one thing at a time. This will make it easier to devote your full attention to work when you're at work and to focus on your family when you're at home. When you do need to bring work home with you, make sure you designate a specific room or area to it so that you can close the door when it comes time.

4. Relax
A little relaxation goes a long way. Set chunks of time aside everyday to do things for yourself. Whether it's reading a book, taking a warm bath or watching your favorite Netflix series, it's important to dedicate time to things you enjoy doing. Scheduling downtime will help you recharge and gives you something to look forward to.

5. Dress for Success
It's important to look sharp when you're at work. If you're feeling confident, that will shine through in your performance. Be yourself and showcase your individuality through your style. Choose a look that will take you from your 9-thrive right into your after work dinner. Making for a seamless transition from work to your personal life.
