With everything going on in the world right now, it is understandable to be feeling stressed. It’s natural, but the important thing is to find ways of releasing your stress by doing things that keep you calm. Wondering how to de-stress? Well, here's a list of things you can do.
Listen to a podcast

Who doesn’t love a good podcast, I know I do and the best part is you can listen to them anytime, anywhere. Everything from fashion, business, comedy, health, sport the list goes on, there is something for everyone. So with that being said, podcasts may be just what you need to de-stress (and distract) at this time.

Read a good book

Nothing sounds better than snuggling up in bed or cosy-ing up by a window whilst reading a good book. However or wherever you prefer to read, there is no doubting that a good book can help you de-stress. Are you interested in a book recommendation list? Let us know!

Move your body

Right ladies, there is no time for excuses this time. Whilst most of us are in self isolation exercising is a perfect stress reliever. It could be as simple as going into the backyard or on the balcony and getting your body moving for 30 minutes. Get some fresh air, listen to some music, follow a free workout online, there are many ways to keep moving and trust me, it will help clear your mind.

 Daily meditation

Meditation has so many benefits and is a proven stress reliever. Whether you have done it before or you are only thinking about it now, times like these are a great time to start. Releasing your stress through meditation is so important and definitely worth a go!

Get creative

Now is the perfect time to pick up a new hobby or to teach yourself a new skill. Write a book or a blog about a passion of yours. Teach yourself to knit or sew - if you already know how, even better! Start a scrapbook, for a friend, family member or of course for your own entertainment. Everybody knows that the perfect way to de-stress is by getting your creative juices flowing!

Most importantly ladies, don't forget that laughter is the best medicine through tough times! Be sure to check out our Instagram if you're ever in need of a good chuckle.
