What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Klarna. Buy now, pay later options let you split your purchase into easy instalments with zero interest.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@esther.com.au as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes. If you still cannot find it, reach out to us and we will resend it.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is free on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 attract a flat shipping fee. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost and is also free on orders over $150.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for order processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and select other countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please note we do not currently service Europe or Asia directly.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 90-day store credit return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit only, not refunds. Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used across our full range.
How do I lodge a return?
Visit our Returns page to lodge your return and receive a return label. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We are so sorry if this happens. Please email us at hello@esther.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide with our model's measurements and the size she is wearing. We also include fit notes such as whether a style runs true to size, small, or large. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes — many of our styles are available in extended sizes up to 4XL. You can filter by size on any collection page or browse our Curve collection directly.
Are your clothes maternity friendly?
Many of our styles are bump-friendly — particularly our linen and cotton smock dresses. Look for the maternity-approved note on individual product pages, or shop our Maternity collection directly.
Products
How do I care for my garments?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment's care label. Most of our pieces require a gentle cold hand wash. Visit our Care Instructions page for full details.
Are your products true to colour?
We photograph our pieces in natural light and aim to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur between different screens and devices. If you have any colour questions, contact us before ordering.
Will sold-out styles come back in stock?
Many of our bestselling styles do get restocked. You can sign up to be notified on the product page, or keep an eye on our Back In Stock collection.
