If you are located in the USA, we provide you the option to use our returns label for $14.99 USD

Simply enter your order number starting with ESTCO with the email you used when you made the purchase. Follow the prompts then print out the label and bring your return to the post office.

Due to the nature of bridal party shopping, we understand that plans can change. Garments labelled under our 'Esther Luxe’ collection are eligible to be returned for a store credit or refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

• We are unable to offer exchanges. If you're unsure of sizing and want to make sure you don't miss out, just order your correct size and our customer care team will sort out the size which didn't suit. 

• If you select Refund in our returns portal and your return consists of Esther Luxe & non Esther Luxe items, a store credit will be issued for all non Esther Luxe items.

• You will be notified via email when your return makes it back to our HQ. From there you can expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days. It’s that easy!

• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.
