Miss Universe Australia 2018 Recap

Esther & Co. are proud sponsors of Miss Universe Australia 2018, and our CEO, Talita Estelle, was honoured to be a judge of the fierce competition at the Runway Show this year! We've adored being apart of this journey - providing stunning pieces for the girls for every event and watching them rock each component of the competition. Here's a quick look back at the highlights of Miss Universe Australia 2018.

 

Each year, the top competitors are chosen from each state and whisked away on a perfect getaway. The girls were this year taken to Bali, where they looked 10/10 in their Esther pieces.

 

 

On Tuesday June 26th, 32 finalists competed for the title of Miss Universe Australia 2018 at the Runway Show in Melbourne. The girls strutted in swimwear, casual wear by Esther & Co., sportswear and evening wear. Take a peek at some of the stunning looks! 

 

 

On Thursday June 28th, the title of Miss Universe Australia 2018 was awarded to Francesca Hung from NSW.

 

 

Francesca is a 24 year old Chinese-Australian model, and sociology graduate from Sydney University. She won the judges over with her quick wit, social awareness and obviously stunning good looks! She is proud to represent her Asian background, quoting " I hope this is an opportunity to show people if you look or feel different, you are a true representation of the Australian culture."

 

We've been thrilled to be apart of the Miss Universe Australia journey this year,  celebrating gorgeous, intelligent women across the country.
