Please allow your QuadPay purchase to process completely before exiting or clicking off the screen, as this may cause your order to not generate in our system.
Can I return an QuadPay purchased item?
Yes. Returns remain subject to the ESTHER & CO. returns policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order.
When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.
Your agreement with QuadPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
Please note: We will only be able to process your credit note once your return reaches our HQ and gets processed. You will still need to make payments to QuadPay if you choose to return your item.
What if I can’t pay an instalment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by QuadPay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see QuadPay terms and conditions here.
What if my QuadPay order does not arrive?
Simply contact our Customer Care team and they will assist you in locating the parcel.
If I don’t have a credit or debit card can I still use QuadPay?
Unfortunately not. QuadPay require a Credit or Debit card in your name to be supplied in order to use their services.
Is QuadPay a credit card?
No. QuadPay is simply a service that will charge an existing credit or debit card for the 4 instalments of your order.
What if I have a problem with my QuadPay payments or account?
You will need to contact QuadPay directly in relation to anything issues regarding your purchase.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, you can spend up to $800 in a single transaction.
